Summary
The object of this project is the restoration and layout of the preserved building on 23 Filellinon Str. in Athens. The building was erected in the 1920s and a 3rd floor was added in 1930. The building was declared listed in 1991 and became the property of the Hellenic Parliament in 1996.
Purpose
The restoration and layout of the listed building on 23 Filellinon Street in full functionality and use.
In detail, the building of the Filellinon Street consists of:
• Ground floor of 359.10 sq.m.
• A’ Floor area of 374.40 sq.m.
• B’ Floor area 359.10 sq.m.
• C’ Floor area 363.00 sq.m. and Terrace
The works to be executed include demolition, earthworks, concrete, masonry, coatings, networks (plumbing, electrical), coverings, coatings, wooden or metal structures and other work for the full completion of the project. The works to be performed are described in detail in the Technical Description issue and include the full completion of the Building and Electromechanical works.
