Summary

HeP, through this project, aimed to optimize the way it operates and provide innovation services to its members. The way to do this is by upgrading its role and position at a time when demands and expectations are constantly increasing while at the same time HeP strives to balance its efforts to make effective use of its resources in order to meet these requirements.

Purpose

The purpose of the project was to demonstrate actions/projects for upgrading and modernizing existing IT infrastructure/processes, optimizing the use of infrastructure/processes that will continue to be used, and developing new modern functionalities (infrastructures - software - processes) required from a modern Public Administration. In accordance with the above principles and best practices the Strategic Plan of Information Technology has been formulated which focuses on the following areas:

•IT Directions and Oversights

•IT Management

•IT Operations

•IT Development

Results

The methodology and timetable and planning of targeted actions aiming to the transition from the established situation to the desired one, as illustrated in the publication of the emerging IT Strategic Plan.
