The European Programs Implementation Service (EPIS) is participating on behalf of the HeP and the Independent Authorities during the current programming period in co-funded programs under the CSF 2014-2020, as well as in EU funded programs, aiming:

• To effectively serve the needs of modernizing its infrastructures and administrative functions as well as HeP’s.

• To implement an integrated strategic and operational plan not only at Service level, but also at the broader level of HeP, which will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the projects and the actions that are implemented.

• To contribute to the national growth effort through its participation in the CSF.

• To extend HeP’s horizons to the European Union and develop further partnerships with European and other countries’ parliaments.

• To be an organizational and management model for other actors at national as well as European level.

• To transfer its expertise to other European Parliaments, such as those of the new member states.

• To improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the services provided by HeP to MPs, citizens and its human resources.

• To upgrade - Improve HeP's infrastructures with cultural stigma and environmental sensitivity.

• To improve HeP services to the citizen through widening its social consultation.

• To improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HeP through Information and Communication Technologies [ICT].

• To enhance digital democracy through the active participation of citizens in the consultation process.

• To assist the Independent Authorities, in the implementation of respective programs, through the managerial competence and expertise, that it certifiably possesses.
