The project concerns the provision of consulting services for the preparation of the Strategic and Operational Plan of the Hellenic Parliament for the period 2016 – 2020.

This Strategic and Operational Plan includes, inter alia, sections such as analysis of the internal and external environment, SWOT analysis, the formulation of the Hellenic Parliament’s Vision, Mission and Values ​​- Fundamental Principles, analysis of Strategic options, goals  and objectives, analysis of the Strategic tactics for the implementation of the Strategy and finally, the drafting of an Operational Plan – Action Plan.

HeP, through this project, aimed to optimize the way it operates and provide innovation services to its members. The way to do this is by upgrading its role and position at a time when demands and expectations are constantly increasing while at the same time HeP strives to balance its efforts to make effective use of its resources in order to meet these requirements.

Purpose – Project Summary

The main objective of the project is to improve the efficiency of the economic operation of the European Programs Implementation Service (EPIS) and the Greek Parliament, through corrective interventions relating to the procedures of drawing up and implementing its budget, saving resources and time and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial management of European programs.
