Summary

The project concerns the provision of consulting services for the preparation of the Strategic and Operational Plan of the Hellenic Parliament for the period 2016 – 2020.

This Strategic and Operational Plan includes, inter alia, sections such as analysis of the internal and external environment, SWOT analysis, the formulation of the Hellenic Parliament’s Vision, Mission and Values ​​- Fundamental Principles, analysis of Strategic options, goals  and objectives, analysis of the Strategic tactics for the implementation of the Strategy and finally, the drafting of an Operational Plan – Action Plan.

Purpose

The purpose of the project is to set the objectives of the Organization and develop a Strategic and Operational Plan for their achievement.

The aim of the project is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Organization by improving existing and future operations and providing a framework for implementing the Organization’s vision.

Results

The results of the Project are the Strategic and Operational Plan itself, the best use of Human Resources, the recording of the needs of the HeP’s Services and their alignment with the Organization’s objectives.
