The European Programs Implementation Service (EPIS) of the Hellenic Parliament (HeP) operates as an executive structure that is directly linked to the Speaker of the House.

EPIS exercises, under the authority of the President of the Parliament, the competences of HeP as a contracting authority and a beneficiary in the context of:

A. operational and other programs funded by the European Union,

B. the annual Public Investment Program and

C. projects assigned to it by decisions of the Speaker of the Parliament, in order to meet the identified needs of HeP, through the design and implementation of appropriate projects and actions.

D. In addition, EPIS may exercise the aforementioned roles on behalf of the Independent Authorities at their request.

4) Audit and Financial Management Unit

5) Secretariat Office
